The Lush 2018 Mother's Day Range has been released and it is all very exciting! Lady Bubble and Lord Fizz have received their package over in the cold and windy Korean peninsula and it contained all of the bright and fantastic products they need to brighten their spring!
The overall design of these products and the amount of soaps in the range is a departure from Lush product ranges of the pasts. Also, the lack of a liquid shower gel and the addition of a new naked shower gel, being repeated in this range, could be a sign of the times for Lush as the march into the new era of heightened environmental awareness.
- Antiope Naked Shower Cream
Named after the queen of the Amazons, this shower cream has a powerful and energizing smell. It is scented with an earthy and fresh smell and Brazilian orange oil. While it is dry, its woody smell is overpowering but once you lather it up, the sweetness of the orange oil begins to take hold.
Spicy and sweet, this purple bubble bar is smeared with creamy cocoa butter to soften your skin. Made with black pepper oil, clove bud oil, and peppermint oil, the smell is an exciting mix of sweet clove and piquant black pepper.

Yes, they are and they are doing it well! This product has a lovely citrus smell and happily the only dominate citrus product in the bath product range. It is made with grapefruit lemon and lime oils and presents a sweet and tangy citrus aroma.
Last year, this bubble bar was made with a sweet and floral Violet smell but this year Lush has responded to the masses and released it with the smell of... Twilight. Made with Tonka, Lavender, and Benzoin this sweet bubble bar can have you counting sheep.

Supposedly sharing the smell of the Cherryish, a point that Lady Bubble and Lord Fizz disagree upon, this bath bomb has a chocolate and coconut smell. It seems a little faint but definitely sweet and creamy. The design is supposed to resemble a child's drawing.
One of the 3D printed mold soaps, this bar of blooms looks as beautiful as it smells. Scented with chamomile and neroli this is an uplifting and floral bar of soap that will be a good gift for anyone need a bathroom retreat.
One of the 3D printed mold soaps, this soap is simply great! It smells like some lemon hard candies. It is made with lemon zest, rosewood oil, and lemon oil.
One of the 3D printed mold soaps, named after a lovely purple flower (and a dangerous invasive species in North America.) This soap has a great violet smell. It is very similar to Daddy-O and it has a secret of golden glitter inside!
One of the 3D printed mold soaps, this block of roses has an unusual smell. It seems to be the tuberose oil that stands out the most with its' warm peachy smell. The scent was surprisingly not very rosy.
Some smells seem difficult to capture, pineapple, strawberry, and raspberry, to name a few. While this soap is not spot on raspberry smell it is an AMAZING creamy raspberry smell...almost like a ... milkshake!? Made with raspberry seeds, raspberry juice, Sicilian lemon oil and vanilla oil this soap will not disappoint!
A cute little massage bar with the sweetest smell! It is made with vanilla, dark chocolate, and clove bud oil and has a smell similar to Yog Nog. Some have described it as a caramel smell but it does seem just a hair different than that, with the spice of the clove bud oil.
