Whole Lotta Love Bubbleroon

Lush has come out with some awesome products for the 2018 Valentine's Day range and this bubbleroon is at the top the list!  A bubbleroon is a bubble bar cut into two slices and smeared with some lovely mix of butters before they are sandwiched back together.  Lush has made several of these products: including (but not limited to) Green Bubbleroon, Yuzu and Cocoa Bubbleroon, and The Snowman Bubbleroon. Definitely, on the more moisturizing end of the bubble bath spectrum, these bubble bars are softening, silky and make piles of foamy bubbles!

Whole Lotta Love Bubbleroon has the same smell as Lush's well-loved Love perfume scent. A spicy and sweet smell that comes from the golden olden days of Lush's B Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful boutique stores.  Love has the same smell as a crisp and fresh bunch of leaves dipped in some spicy cinnamon oil and smacked across your upper lip.

Depending on how it is presented, in Fizzbanger bath bomb, Love perfume or in Whole Lotta Love Bubbleroon, the smell's listed ingredients change.  Generally, citrus, woody, and cinnamon make up this smell though.  Personally,  Lady Bubble and Lord Fizz see this as being an "Apple Pie" smell.

Whole Lotta Love has a wild array of essential oils that somehow compose the same lovely smell as the complicated Love scent.  If you take a look at the ingredient list, you can see Bergamot Oil, Jasmine Absolute, Lemongrass Oil, Rose Absolute and Ylang Ylang Oil.  Of course, at the top of the list is the mysterious "Perfume" ingredient that makes it hard to be sure about what really composed the smell you've got in your sniffer. Compared to Fizzbanger or Love Apple bubble bar though, this bubbleroon does have a more mild smell that is slightly less pungent and spicy.

This Bubbleroon works! It makes an amazing bath water that is a deep red with a swirl of glitter.  The addition of cocoa butter and murumuru butter between the two slices of bubble bar also provide a dip of softening oil to your bath water.  Sometimes a bath can leave you feeling a little dry afterward but not when you take a dip with this heart of love!

If the smell and the butters (oh the butters!) don't do it for you the eye-catching design surely will.  This bubble bar is sexy.  It is beyond cute it really does have an evocative design!  Two crimson red hearts sandwiched over a pile of luxuriously whipped butters that have been hand painted with golden glitter.   Oh, be still, my throbbing heart!


From the Valentine's day range this is definitely Lord Fizz's favorite bubble bar and well loved by Lady Bubble too.  Word of caution, it is a very soft and if you do not handle it just right, you could end up with a broken heart. If you have a chance to pick one up, don't just stop at one pick up a whole lotta of these lovely bubbleroons!
